Clients’ who are placing orders to avail the services with Salesleadsforce.com are confirming that they are in agreement with us and bound by the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Conditions to avail our services
Salesleadsforce.com (here in called as SLF) will execute the clients’ obligations only after getting confirmations either through email, telephone, post or fax. The client should be above the age of 18 years to request for services with service provider. Clients’ orders will be processed for execution only after verbal or written confirmation.

Execution of Work by SLF:

• The SLF cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by material submitted by the client. We reserve the right to refuse any material submitted by the client without mentioning the reason. The required material has to be submitted to the service provider for execution of work at the agreed time frame.
• The SLF will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines.
• The leads are generated either through tele. Calling, emails, expression of interest through our websites ( www.homesavingguide.com & www.bizmoneysaver.com ), through our customer service etc.
• A lead is considered valid on the following reasons on case to case basis.
  • When a customer expresses his/her interest to buy the product / services offered by the client during the confirmation call.
  • The customer has interest to receive no obligation quotes from the client.
  • The customer passes the qualifying criteria to receive the product/services from the client.
• The SLF has all the rights to accept or deny any work given for execution by the client or prospective client.
• The services can be terminated mutually after clearing all financial obligations at both the sides.
• The leads are submitted to SLF CRM portal and client will be given credentials to access data and share the feedback of leads.
• The client agrees to provide same day or next day feedback on leads submitted through the portal.
• SLF charges only for valid leads and invalid leads are replaced on a daily basis.
• Any order is valid for a period of 6 months only from the date of lead purchase and all pending orders will be cancelled automatically.
• The SLF will collect 100% of money from the client before start the execution of work. However this condition can be relaxed to certain clients on case to case basis.
• The SLF will use their own resources or deploy freelancers or any other company to complete the client’s work.
• Any legal issues will be handled by law of courts, Chennai, India.
• The SLF has all the rights to interrupt the services offered to the client for reasons like non payment of dues, renewals, subscriptions, fees etc.
• The client can send their complaints by email/fax to the service provider for necessary rectification of complaints.
